As a Post-op and Body Contouring Specialist, I am dedicated to helping women achieve confidence and a positive body image. With certifications from Canada’s leading aesthetics schools and expertise shaped by international best practices from Colombia, Brazil, and Miami, I deliver expert, results-driven treatments tailored to your needs. My education includes Bodyful Aesthetics and Academy, International Beauty Institute, Humber College, and the Canadian Institute of Management and Technology.
With over a decade of experience as a Social Worker and as a mother to a beautiful daughter, my passion for empowering women inspires everything I do. At Defined Body Studio, I combine advanced medical aesthetic technologies with a luxurious, welcoming environment to provide safe, culturally sensitive, post-op care and exceptional body contouring services.
As someone who has personally undergone a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction, I understand the surgical and recovery process from both a clinical and personal perspective. With a strong focus on post-operative care, I followed a structured protocol to reduce swelling, prevent fibrosis, and promote optimal healing. My successful outcome is a direct result of evidence-based techniques and consistent maintenance.
