Late Cancellation No-Show & Rescheduling Policy:

To maintain the highest level of care and respect for all of our clients and staff, Jenelle Shannon Singh at Defined Body Studio requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. (647 807 4011)

I understand and agree that if a cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, I will be charged the full cost of the service. This policy is strictly enforced and applies regardless of the reason for the change.

Late changes leave us with limited time to rebook the slot, which impacts both Defined Body Studio and other clients waiting for appointments. By enforcing this policy, we are able to ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to each client.

Package Payment Policy:

All package payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Partial payments are not accepted. If full payment cannot be provided, sessions will be charged individually at the standard rate.

All sales are final:

We do not offer refunds on treatments, packages, services, or products. All services and packages are non-transferable.

Late Arrival Policy:

A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After this time, your service may be shortened by the length of your delay in order to avoid impacting the next scheduled client. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule and will be subject to the late cancellation or no-show policy. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our cancellation policy. We work to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, and this policy helps us achieve that goal.

Any use of abusive language, threats, defamation, harassment, or physical violence directed toward Shannon Singh will result in the immediate termination of all current and future treatments. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and any remaining sessions or payments will be forfeited. By signing below, the client acknowledges and agrees to uphold a respectful and professional standard of conduct throughout the course of care.
